CARA's Summer Half Marathon Training Program has helped thousands of runners go the distance. Join the legions of proud half marathon finishers and log your first or fastest time this season.

This 12-week program will provide you with the tools you need to succeed. You get:
  • a personalized, day-by-day training plan, delivered "old school" on paper and also via Training Peaks
  • coaching from a USATF certified coach and Boston qualifier
  • at least three weekly group run opportunities, including coached speed workouts
  • savings at our target race, the Rock 'n' Roll Chicago Half Marathon
