Description:
Our Summer Half Marathon Training Program is a twelve-week program that will help you complete the 13.1 mile distance. Like all of our training programs, our expert Group Leaders will provide you with the guidance, knowledge, and motivation to help you successfully completely you race! In addition, participants will receive a limited edition CARA Summer Half Marathon Training Program technical t-shirt and a complete training program booklet. Training plans are also offered via Training Peaks! Participants in the program receive discounted registration for our target races, the Rock 'n' Roll Chicago Half Marathon and the Zooma Chicago Women's Half Marathon.
Our Summer Half Marathon Training program starts on Saturday, May 4 at a variety of locations. We’ve helped thousands of runners achieve their half marathon goal, and we can help you too!
