CARA is excited to announce it has partnered with Haku to launch a new and improved membership and registration experience for our members and participants.
We are delighted to make our transition to Haku on March 1st. Haku is the same trusted platform used by The Bank of America Chicago Marathon and Shamrock Shuffle, Boston Marathon, Atlanta Track Club, and many more.
This is the second phase of our online updates, which started in early January with our new website design. This phase is focused on improving our CARA community’s membership and registration experience.
Haku offers upgraded functionality and a user-friendly experience, with features such as:
The ability for members to self-service their membership and registrations (i.e. add packet mailing, change shirt sizes, add members to a Family Membership, and much more!).
The ability to sign up for multiple CARA events and programs at one time.
A centralized place to view all event and program registrations with CARA, member discounts, exclusive member content, and more.
Improved communication system and customer support.
